We will use the address provided through Paypal so please ensure your address with Paypal is up to date. We do not accept responsibility for lost items.
Items are not insured and do not require a signature.
As soon as we have dispatched your order Australia Post will email you with confirmation and a tracking number. Please use this tracking number on the Australia Post website http://auspost.com.au/track/ to follow your items whereabouts. If you do not receive your parcel after the estimated delivery times please contact Australia Post and quote the number they provided.
PLEASE NOTE: Deliveries are out of our control so please keep this in mind whilst waiting for your order. If you haven't been home or you think your parcel is overdue we suggest you call your local post office as your parcel may be awaiting collection. We take no responsibility for lost or missing parcels. Once we have dispatched an item, it then becomes the responsibility of Australia Post.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase with Spray Tan Wear you may exchange it within 14 days of the purchase date.
The item must still have its tags attached, be in its original packaging, be unworn, unwashed and in its original condition. We reserve the right to withhold a refund should the item be damaged or worn. If this is the case, the item will be returned to you. We do not offer a refund for change of mind purchases.
There is no refund or exchange on wholesale orders.
